The cable and the earpieces are with a unique design – Left-side Gray and Right-side Black (or White). The gray colour is for the left ear while the black (or white) colour is for the right ear. Intuitive and simple way to tell R from L spares you from narrowly reading the tiny letters indicated on the earphones.
